I have the honour to inform you that Leung Apline, on behalf of the Prisoner, has made application under the Habeas Corpus Ordinance for a Writ of Habeas Corpus to be issued, and has cited various cases in support of such application.
The Case of Ching Sam is, I respectfully submit, governed by that of Leung Ape and others, discharged by the Full Court in this matter.
